If support is needed, Licensee will supply reasonable access to the computers on which the Software is, or will be installed for purposes of installation, support, testing, or troubleshooting proper functionality of the Software. This access may include valid passwords, system access, or other technical facilities to permit support of the Software. Both parties understand that such access and information will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only to carry out tasks directly related to accomplishing the requested or required support for the AutoElevate software.
The Software is licensed, not sold to Licensee and is limited in duration to that of each Licensee’s individual terms. Licensee will not, and will not permit any third party to, (a) distribute or allow others to distribute copies of the Software or any part thereof to any third party, (b) tamper with, remove, reproduce, modify or copy the Software or any part thereof, (c) provide, rent, sell, lease or otherwise transfer the Software or any copy or part thereof or use it for the benefit of a third party, or (d) reverse assemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer the Software or any part thereof, or otherwise attempt to discover any Software source code or underlying proprietary information except as may be permitted by law and which rights cannot be excluded. Installation of Software does not entitle Licensee to any warranty or guarantee either stated or implied. Licensee will be required, upon completion of their Agreement to uninstall the AutoElevate Software Agents and remove all components of the AutoElevate Technology along with any Confidential Information of AutoElevate. Licensee agrees to remove AutoElevate Technology from any storage media or hard copies remaining in Licensee’s control or possession.
This Agreement and its validity, construction and effect shall be governed by the State of Florida. During the License period AutoElevate may become aware of certain confidential information relating to Licensee’s network, computers, accounts and logins in the Licensee’s environment as a result of examining functionality, usability, and to provide feedback on the Software.
AutoElevate agrees to review, examine, inspect or obtain such confidential information only for the purposes described above, and to otherwise hold such information confidential pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information and Content from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures.
If AutoElevate fails or is unable to correct any Software Error, AutoElevate will use commercially reasonable efforts to develop procedures or routines to avoid or substantially diminish the practical adverse effects of the relevant Software Error. Any failure or inability by AutoElevate to develop any such procedure or routine, or AutoElevate’s failure or inability to do so in a timely fashion, will in no event be deemed a breach of AutoElevate’s obligations hereunder. AutoElevate at its sole discretion, may make modifications, updates, upgrades, or enhanced versions available to Licensee during the Trial and Evaluation of the Software. Any such modifications, updates, upgrades, or enhanced versions provided hereunder will be deemed to constitute part of the Software and will be subject to the terms of the Agreement.
If you do not fully Agree to the terms contained herein then do not install the any of the AutoElevate software components or make further use of the associated websites.

We encourage you to check this Policy frequently. Your continued use of our Websites and Products constitutes acceptance of any changes to this Policy.
